1. Terms & Conditions

All bookings for FIFA Club World Cup 2025 travel packages must be made through Divine Travels and Tours via our website or official representatives.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations.
Full payment must be completed by the due date stated in the booking confirmation. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation without a refund.
Prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, and supplier pricing.

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have a valid passport, visa (if required), and any other necessary travel documents.
Divine Travels and Tours is not responsible for any denied entry due to visa issues, passport validity, or immigration regulations.
We can assist with visa application processing, but approval is solely at the discretion of the issuing authorities.

Official FIFA Club World Cup 2025 tickets are included in our packages. Seating is subject to availability and determined by FIFA ticketing policies.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Any violation may result in cancellation without a refund.
In case of match rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, an alternative of equal or higher standard will be provided.
Flight bookings (if included) are subject to airline policies, fare conditions, and availability at the time of reservation.
Divine Travels and Tours is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by the airline.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.
Divine Travels and Tours is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss during travel.

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@divinetravels-tours.com.

If FIFA or local authorities cancel the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, customers may receive a refund or credit, depending on supplier policies.
In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refunds will be processed based on supplier policies, minus non-recoverable costs.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@divinetravels-tours.com.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30–45 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Divine Travels and Tours is an intermediary for travel arrangements and is not responsible for third-party service failures (airlines, hotels, transport providers, FIFA organizers, etc.).
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during the trip.
Customers agree to follow all local laws and regulations while attending the event.
